Very strange.Īny insights or ideas would be more then welcome. Mind you, the Tascam does operate, there IS sound, it just seems to mess up my computers memory (I guess). This behaviour seems so erratic, I'm not too sure what else I could do.
The feel of the keys is what sold me on this, most other keyboard controllers feel like toys to me while the Oxy Pro line has a very premium feel. When disconnected, the laptop works flawlessly. I recently bought an M-Audio Oxygen Pro 49 keyboard and found that there is no native support for Cakewalk by Bandlab (or Sonar).
As soon as the Tascam is connected the problem reoccurs.

I checked the manual for Cubase7 under File Handling: You can set Cubase to. Using a 16x08 without a problem for almost two years now on a pretty recent ASUS laptop. You can split the audio track on your computer using our convenient online. But I do have the weirdest problem since this weekend. Maybe this should go in a new thread, maybe not.
